ParticipantHello everyone. My name is Allison. I finally made it “in”. I am excited to begin my journey to become a full-time virtual assistant. I currently work a full-time as a school registrar, which will be eliminated as of June 30, 2017 as the school is officially closing after 7 years. I have been a part-time VA for 3 years but I’ve had my own mobile notary business for over 14 years. I don’t do much notary work anymore as it is no longer lucrative as it was between 2004 and 2009. I currently have one client as a VA that I’ve had for 3 years. I assist a staffing company with their payroll and new hire paperwork processing. I only work for them about 7-10 hours a week. I need more work as I won’t have a JOB after June 30th. I enjoy data management, word processing, and other office admin task. I have been looking into social media management since I enjoy being on 3 of the major sites a lot; helping a business to reach their client base and expand their brand would via social media be interesting to work, I believe. I would also like to learn more about website maintenance and project management.
I am looking forward to learning and expanding my skills through this site.
Thank you
